Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Only one account is allowed per person, address and email. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, are linked to fraud, or are used for money laundering.

Verification and limits

We may require identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawals or at any time while your account is active. Persistent inactivity may result in account closure or a maintenance fee as set out in your account settings.

Eligibility requirements

To register you must meet the legal gambling age in your Canadian province or territory, and be able to enter into a binding agreement. Acceptable platform use

General bonus and promotion rules

For example, free-spin and deposit bonuses typically carry a 30x wagering requirement and bonus funds expire after 30 days. Maximum permitted bets while using bonus funds are capped at CA$0.50 per spin or bet. Slots usually contribute 100% to wagering requirements; live games and certain table or jackpot games may contribute 0%.

Deposits and withdrawals
